Dispatches
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hrs of receipt of payment, provided this falls Monday to Friday before 3pm.
Within the Republic of Ireland (ROI), delivery time is typically 1-4 days.
Free delivery is offered to ROI customers who spend over €150. Free delivery is also offered on any purchase to residents of Limerick City (extending to 5 miles outside of the City boundary); these items will be hand delivered on week days before 7pm.
Delivery times for the UK and the rest of the world are 5-7 days and 10-15 days respectively.
Charges
It is essential that the correct shipping method is selected on checkout. Should ‘Limerick City Only – Free Delivery’ be selected when the shipping address does not meet the necessary criteria, you will be contacted and either asked to pay the correct postage or where this is not possible a full refund will be issued and you will be asked to resubmit your order.
With the exception of our free delivery options, postage charges are weight based and are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Before payment the delivery charges will be made clear. Deliveries are sent either by An Post Standard Delivery or Fastway Courier Delivery, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

We do not insure goods when we dispatch them and only large packages in ROI are traceable. Please contact us if you would like us to add either of these services.
Packaging
Packaging is re-used where possible. If we dispatch goods with non-biodegradable packaging this is re-used material. We will use the least amount of packaging required to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
