How Do I Pay?
At the moment we can only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is an established, reliable third party who do not store any of your payment details after your transaction has been processes, unless you have an account with them. You do not need to have an account set up to pay; instead PayPal can process your payment as any other merchant service would.
Do you take Credit Card?
Currently, PayPal accepts Visa (credit and debit), Mastercard, V3 and American Express. Unfortunately, PayPal does not accept Laser but we are working towards processing Laser card (and other payments) ourselves in the near future.
Do deliver to the UK?
We do deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and the rest of the World. Please click here to view our postage rates.
Can I cancel an order?
Once your order has been placed you have no right to cancel; so order carefully. You are, however, able to return unused, unspoiled goods to use within 28 days of payment. For more information on our returns policy please click here.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If you have paid for goods that then become unavailable you will be contacted immediately and notified. We will offer you an alternative or you can have a full refund, unless you are happy to wait for the original items to come back into stock. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
If there are products on the website that are currently not in stock and you wish to make a purchase, you can either contact us and we will notify you when the item is back in stock or you can sign up (see the Sign Up box on our home page) to our newsletter for all the latest news and information on EcoBrats.
