Unused, unwashed products can be exchanged or returned for a refund for up to 28 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the price of the goods minus: the postage incurred, any free items included in the original order (unless also returned), and any discounts applied to the original order because of the returned item.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes for items that have been washed, worn or used unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item. Before you send the package back, please contact us for a Return Order Code which then needs to be included in your returned package.

Special Cases

Some of our manufacturers/suppliers offer unique guarantees on their products. In these cases, details of their guarantee will be supplied either in the individual product descriptions and/or in a hard-copy format, dispatched with the goods.

Faulty Goods

We want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If any of the goods in your order are faulty, please contact us as soon as the fault arises and before you return any goods, as they may need to be sent direct to the manufacturer. You will be asked to formalise your complaint in writing, either by post or email.

EcoBrats will endeavour to replace items at no additional cost, although we will not cover any additional postage charges incurred. We cannot take responsibility for manufacturing faults which are outside our control and it may be necessary to contact the manufacturing company directly but we will be able to advise you of this when you contact us.
